Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return under the following terms:

Return window

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories, along with proof of purchase (order number).

How to request a return

• Email us at care@wadq.shop with your order number, the reason for return and photos of the item.
• We will send you return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover all costs. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Non-returnable items

• Opened personal-care items and underwear, perishable goods, gift cards, and final-sale items.

Order cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

• To exchange an item, please return it first; once the return is approved, you can place a new order.
